Description

You will manage the end-to-end Vistex lifecycle, focusing on Paybacks, Chargebacks, and Ship & Debit processes across US, EMEA, and Asia regions.

Responsibilities

• Configure Vistex IP Agreement types, claim types, pricing procedures, action codes, and settlement profiles.
• Design new functionality and enhancements by collaborating with ABAP developers and SAP Basis teams.
• Manage the full Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) for enhancement requests, from requirement gathering to user testing.
• Develop functional and technical specifications, test scripts, and training documentation.
• Provide global support for Vistex incidents using ServiceNow, prioritizing issues across multiple time zones.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Vistex and SAP SD configuration.
• Deep expertise in Vistex Billback processes, including Agreement Management, Pools, and Distributor inventory.
• Hands-on experience with Vistex Accruals & Settlement and Ship & Debit processes.
• Knowledge of VAT tax handling within Vistex for European and international regions.
• Technical proficiency in ABAP, SAP S/4 ABAP, and Vistex Action codes/Rejection reasons.
• Experience with EDI IDOC for inbound and outbound claim and agreement responses.
• Functional knowledge of integration points with OM, Material Master, FI, and EDI.
• Experience managing requirements through FDD, unit testing, and UAT.
