Description

Lead functional design and implementation of high-volume, consumption-based billing systems within the SAP BRIM ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops to develop Agile Product Backlogs, including Service Blueprints, User Stories, and RICEFs.
• Own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process design, from initial business process transformation to legacy system integration.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and automation test process design.
• Act as the primary functional liaison for billing user stories through development, testing, and hypercare phases.
• Perform root cause analysis for system and data defects and support billing validation for data migrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of extensive expertise in SAP-BRIM implementation, specifically SOM, CI, CM, CC, and FI-CA.
• Hands-on configuration experience for pricing, rating, billing, invoicing, and dunning/collection methodologies.
• Proven ability to translate complex B2B contracts into configurable billing and financial system requirements.
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash business process design and implementation.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft ADO Testing Module and the Office 365 suite, including PowerPoint.
• Technical proficiency in Data Migration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong knowledge of SAP-FICA.
• Experience working with ITIL/ITSM practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Enterprise Business Solutions and large-scale SAP projects.
