Description

You will own the implementation and functional support of billing and revenue systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather and document requirements, developing Agile Product Backlogs, Service Blueprints, User Stories, and RICEFs for new billing systems.
• Act as client liaison throughout development, SIT, UAT, and Hypercare for all billing user stories.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for implementation-specific processes and lead functional system testing.
• Design and perform integration testing to support business process transformation from legacy systems.
• Provide SAP-BRIM functional support during post go-live hypercare phases, including root cause analysis for defects.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of expertise in Billing and SAP BRIM on implementation projects.
• Expertise in SAP-BRIM systems specializing in high-volume consumption-based billing and end-to-end implementations.
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes.
• Experience leading workshops to document requirements and write functional specifications for SAP-BRIM/FICA projects (SOM, CI, CM, CC, FICA).
• Hands-on configuration experience with pricing, rating, billing, and invoicing functions in SAP-BRIM CC, CM, CI.
• Proficiency in Agile Project methodologies and traditional waterfall project methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft ADO Testing Module and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM practices and methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects.
