Description

You will lead SAP S/4HANA implementation efforts, focusing on billing and revenue system requirements and delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather and document requirements, producing Product Backlogs, Service Blueprints, User Stories, and RICEFs.
• Act as client liaison through development, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Hypercare for billing user stories.
• Lead functional system testing and perform System Integration Testing.
• Provide root cause analysis and resolution for defects related to system and data issues.

Required Skills

• Expertise in SAP-BRIM systems, specifically in high-volume consumption-based billing.
• Hands-on configuration experience for SAP-BRIM CC, CM, CI pricing, rating, billing, and invoicing.
• Experience with end-to-end Order-to-Cash business process design and implementation.
• Experience leading requirement workshops and writing functional specifications across SAP-BRIM/FICA implementations (SOM, CI, CM, CC, FICA).
• Proficiency in Agile and traditional waterfall methodologies.
• Real-world experience managing Global Billing operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft ADO Testing Module.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business management or information systems.
