Description

You will serve as the functional subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA BRIM implementations and operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage functional requirements within the SAP S/4HANA and BRIM ecosystem.
• Support IT service management processes using ITIL frameworks.
• Utilize ServiceNow for PPM and ITSM workflows.
• Coordinate technical tasks and documentation using MS Office 365.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP environments.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM).
• Proficiency in ITIL and ITSM methodologies.
• Experience using ServiceNow for PPM and ITSM.
• Competency with MS Office 365.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
