You will serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM), aligning business requirements with technical implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current proprietary billing and revenue structures to design functionality within the UBOS environment.
• Coordinate system designs and changes across UBOS and other technologies to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Represent the organization in workshops and meetings with SI teams to validate technical solutions meet business needs.
• Perform hands-on testing of SI solutions and provide formal documentation and recommendations for deliverable acceptance.
• Lead project team meetings and facilitate lessons learned sessions to drive continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of functional support experience in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM).
• At least one successful SAP BRIM implementation within an SAP S/4HANA landscape.
• Expertise in SAP projects and Enterprise Business Solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work independently to manage priorities and schedules for business departments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow, specifically PPM and ITSM modules.
• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM practices and methodologies.
• Implementation experience for tolling back offices or large-scale call center back offices.
