SAP S/4HANA BRIM SME

Serve as the functional subject matter expert for the SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementation on SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current proprietary billing and revenue structures to define requirements for the new UBOS solution.
• Coordinate designs and changes across UBOS and existing technologies to ensure functional alignment with business needs.
• Represent the organization in workshops and meetings with the System Integrator to oversee the BRIM implementation.
• Validate functional integrations between BRIM and the SAP S/4HANA Finance module.
• Perform hands-on testing and review System Integrator documentation to ensure deliverables meet technical and business standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of functional support experience in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM).
• Proven track record of at least one successful SAP BRIM implementation.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and BRIM functional processes.
• Experience managing integrations between billing systems and SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for planning and documentation.
• Ability to work independently to meet project milestones and technical requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow PPM and ITSM modules.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices and methodologies.
• Implementation experience for tolling back offices or large-scale call center back offices.
