Description

Lead global SAP S/4HANA implementation and digital transformation to consolidate operations into a single integrated system.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP S/4HANA transformation from strategy through execution and post-implementation optimization.
• Direct all project lifecycle phases, including blueprinting, data transformation, and infrastructure preparation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional global teams, implementation partners, and executive leadership.
• Manage risks, budgets, and schedules while preparing financial documentation for stakeholders and executive boards.
• Develop governance structures and guide the adoption of SAP S/4HANA standard processes and architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations across multiple countries.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and processes.
• Deep functional expertise in FICO or Supply Chain modules.
• Proven track record of consolidating SAP platforms into a single integrated solution.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and vendor relationships.
• Ability to present technical concepts and project health KPIs to C-suite and global leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
