Description

You will deliver SAP consulting services across full lifecycle implementations and transformation programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional or technical consulting in SAP S/4HANA projects (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid).
• Translate client business requirements into actionable SAP solutions.
• Execute configuration, development, or administration tasks using the SAP toolchain.
• Develop solution proposals, effort estimations, and project plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP consulting experience.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, EWM, TM, Business AI, LeanIX, Signavio, and Cloud ALM.
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP project implementations.
• Exposure to at least two types of S/4HANA projects (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid).
• Strong functional experience in Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Sales.
• Proven ability in solution proposal development and effort estimation.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LeanIX or Signavio for process architecture.
• Background in hybrid transformation programs.
