Description

Lead SAP upgrade coordination for US-based sites while collaborating with EMEA teams. You will own the transition from ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring seamless business operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SAP upgrade projects across US and EMEA sites.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate go-live data with site departments.
• Review, edit, and drive the progress of UAT test scripts to meet project milestones.
• Develop training plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for end users.
• Translate ECC to S/4HANA system changes into business operational impacts for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in SAP consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems.
• Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and test script creation.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP and SAP HANA.
• Proven ability to train end users on S/4HANA functional changes.
• Experience managing system integration projects.
• Background in business operations, specifically within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
