Lead advisory and assessment services for sales and marketing processes during ERP transformations.
Responsibilities
- Lead advisory services and business architecture design for manufacturing industry clients.
- Configure SAP S/4HANA for sales processes and provide architecture for integrated applications.
- Design business capability maps and prepare business transformation roadmaps with dependency mapping.
- Conduct design thinking workshops and customer show-and-tell sessions using adapted pre-configured solutions.
- Manage RFx responses, budgetary estimates, and business case development.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in business transformation or advisory roles.
- Implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, or Hybris.
- Proven advisory experience in at least two sales and marketing related business transformations.
- Hands-on configuration skills in SAP S/4HANA for sales processes.
- Proficiency with SAP HANA and SAP Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of SAP Products and statutory Accounting Principles (SAP).
- Ability to lead product evaluations for sales and marketing solutions.
- Experience in planning and sequencing customer workshops.
Preferred Skills
- Master's degree in any discipline or any graduate degree.
