Description

You will own end-to-end implementations, migrations, and rollouts for SAP S/4HANA Customer Service.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis to design system solutions.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and manage the development lifecycle from blueprint to go-live.
• Configure the system to match defined business processes and write detailed test cases.
• Collaborate with ABAP and Fiori developers on custom solutions and enhancements.
• Map, transform, and validate data during migration from legacy systems to S/4HANA.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in consulting roles.
• Sound knowledge of S/4HANA simplifications within Customer Service.
• Proven experience in at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation project.
• Ability to assess current processes and suggest technology solutions for improvement.
• Experience in functional specification writing and system configuration.
• Familiarity with data mapping and transformation for system migrations.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ABAP and Fiori development workflows.
• Background in legacy system migration projects.
