Description

You will develop analytics products to generate customer journey insights and build tools for a self-service data analyst community.

Responsibilities

• Create data models to communicate current state, future state, and gap definitions for decision-making.
• Refine existing models to increase flexibility and alignment with business requirements.
• Participate in requirements reviews, conceptual modeling, technical design reviews, and project meetings.
• Design, develop, and test ETL solutions, including metadata modeling and automated data loading.
• Document solutions through design documentation, code comments, and execution presentations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune services to manage system capacity, bottlenecks, and resource usage.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA and HANA modeling.
• Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Proven experience in big data and enterprise data warehousing.
• Ability to design and migrate data analytics solutions sourced from SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Data archival systems.
• Experience managing the impact of SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations on analytics reporting for sales, finance, and subscription areas.
• Strong data modeling and performance optimization skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with S/4HANA migration initiatives and SAP OCM/SOM modules.
• Exposure to Azure, Databricks, Python, and PySpark.
• Experience implementing reusable ETL frameworks.
