Description

Lead data migration efforts from legacy SAP environments to SAP S/4HANA in Tallahassee, FL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the data migration preparation plan, including progress monitoring and issue resolution.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare status reports, define schedules, estimate resource requirements, and track performance against milestones.
• Assist with functionality mapping to S/4HANA.
• Plan and identify human resource needs for migration activities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working with SAP ECC, CRM, and/or BW.
• 2+ years of experience migrating data from customized SAP CRM, ECC, or BW environments to SAP S/4HANA.
• 2+ years of experience using data migration tools and solutions specific to SAP implementations.
• Ability to work 100% on-site in Tallahassee, FL.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mapping CRM/ECC functionality to S/4HANA.
• Experience with Brownfield implementations.
