Description

You will design, configure, and maintain SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize SAP Fiori applications for work order management, notifications, and maintenance execution using SAP UI5.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of maintenance processes including preventive maintenance, equipment master data, and functional location hierarchies.
• Optimize asset lifecycle management from procurement through disposal, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Implement maintenance planning strategies, task lists, and plans to improve asset reliability and reduce downtime.
• Support integration between EAM modules and SAP components including MM, FI, and HR.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance modules in enterprise environments.
• Expert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EAM modules, including Plant Maintenance (PM) and Asset Accounting (FI-AA).
• Proficiency in SAP Fiori application development and customization using the SAP UI5 framework.
• Proven track record of successful SAP S/4HANA EAM implementations and system upgrades.
• Experience with maintenance execution processes, work order management, and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Experience integrating EAM with Materials Management (MM), Finance (FI), and Human Resources (HR).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
