Description

You will design, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management solutions for manufacturing environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full incident lifecycle, including ticket acceptance, analysis, and resolution within defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve recurring problems and implement permanent fixes.
• Execute change management tasks, including scope definition, commercial validation, and change request creation.
• Monitor interfaces, batch jobs, and system alerts to take proactive corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation use cases and designing operational efficiency roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Proven experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Deep understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Experience designing solutions for complex manufacturing business requirements.
• Ability to monitor and manage batch jobs and system interfaces.
• Strong background in technical documentation and KPI monitoring.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA PP/QM modules.
• Experience within the automotive industry.
