Description

Manage the Record to Report process in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accurate books closure and resolving production issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own troubleshooting and resolution of production issues and escalations using ServiceNow and Jira.
• Manage inbound and outbound data flows between SAP and external third-party applications, including data mapping and validation.
• Execute suspense accounting corrections and reversals within SAP to ensure accurate postings.
• Monitor SAP job logs for reversals, accruals, prepayments, payments, and auto-clearing to ensure process completeness.
• Distinguish between production issues and new enhancement requirements to coordinate with support teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP FI.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA (version 1909) and Fiori Tile front-end business transactions.
• Hands-on experience with In-house Cash Management, ECS, and Fixed Assets.
• Proven ability in data mapping and data validation for external system integrations.
• Strong knowledge of production support, incident management, and SAP configuration troubleshooting.
• Experience managing inbound and outbound job flows and job log analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Support daily and monthly end-of-period business processes to ensure successful books closure.
