Description

Lead the functional and technical delivery of SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, managing end-to-end configuration, data migration, and stakeholder engagement.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead AS IS and TO BE workshops to map business requirements and optimize financial processes for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA functionalities, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Oversee data migration from SAP ECC/legacy systems, collaborating with technical teams on extraction, transformation, and loading to ensure data integrity.
• Develop and execute test plans, including system integration, user acceptance, and regression testing to validate configurations.
• Provide expert guidance, troubleshooting, and user training while acting as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in SAP FI module implementation and support.
• Deep functional expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA core functionalities and transformation projects.
• Proficiency in data migration tools and processes, including Selective Data/Bluefield Migration.
• Experience integrating SAP FI with Order to Cash, Sourcing & Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain modules.
• Ability to analyze complex business data and implement solutions using SAP Best Practices.
• Familiarity with MDG and BTP.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
