Description

You will lead quality assurance and testing strategy for SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations, ensuring robust integration and system stability. This role focuses on end-to-end test execution, defect management, and migration support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integration test strategies for SAP interfaces and FICO modules.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conduct defect triage, and secure final signoff.
• Manage test cases and execution results within ALM or similar test management tools.
• Perform mobility testing and support unplanned project requests as a team member.
• Champion QA best practices and manage test execution plans for quality managers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing.
• Proven experience testing SAP Finance modules (FICO): GL, AP/AR, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Cost & Controlling, Cost Center, Profit Center, and COPA.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, including Migration Cockpit and Master Data Load.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration project testing.
• Knowledge of SAP Security Roles and interface testing.
• Proficiency with test management tools such as ALM.
• Strong understanding of software QA best practices and defect lifecycle management.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of specific SAP FICO testing experience.
• Knowledge of Walk Me Tool for user guidance.
• Experience with test automation frameworks.
