Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical SAP FICO solutions for retail operations.
• Prepare detailed system specifications and support solution design for new implementations and enhancements.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA FICO processes and support project-level setup for retail business scenarios.
• Coordinate with ABAP, Basis, POS, and Data Warehouse teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions.
• Support testing, issue resolution, and production stabilization for finance and controlling processes.

Skills Required:

• 5-15 years of relevant SAP experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO with solid understanding of finance and controlling processes.
• Ability to design and configure SAP solutions for retail business environments and integrated enterprise landscapes.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams on system integrations and solution delivery.
• Exposure to SAP technical and functional coordination across ABAP, Basis, POS, and Data Warehouse interfaces.

Good to Have:

• HANA, BW/4HANA

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
