Description

You will be the subject matter expert driving SAP S/4HANA FICO adoption, support, and user enablement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and hands-on training sessions for finance users.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate knowledge transfer activities.
• Enable users on SAP Fiori apps and new S/4HANA concepts.
• Provide post-go-live enablement and hypercare support while liaising between business users and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in relevant SAP roles.
• Expert proficiency in SAP S/4HANA FICO.
• Deep understanding of Change Management principles.
• Proven experience in Business Process Documentation.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori.
• Any Graduate degree.
