SAP S/4HANA FICO Functional Consultant

You will lead the Prepare, Explore, Realize, and Deploy phases for SAP FICO implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirement gathering through interviews, workflow analyses, and facilitated user discussions.
• Convert business requirements into detailed functional designs for development, testing, and implementation.
• Execute SAP system configuration based on approved functional designs.
• Create test scripts and scenarios for Integration, Regression, and UAT.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for specific functional areas throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a subject matter advisor to junior team members and the business community.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in SAP FICO functional roles.
• Strong background in accounting.
• Hands-on experience with AP and AR.
• Deep understanding of FI business processes.
• Experience with PUP, Actual Costing, and month-end processes.
• Ability to resolve variance and settlement issues during month-end.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA table structure and Material Ledger.
• Experience configuring accrual entry workflows.
• Any Graduate degree.
