Description

Lead the Prepare, Explore, Realize, and Deploy phases for SAP FICO implementations. Own the end-to-end functional delivery from requirement gathering to production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirement gathering through interviews, workflow analyses, and facilitated user discussions.
• Convert business requirements into detailed functional designs for development, testing, and implementation.
• Execute SAP system configuration based on approved functional designs.
• Create test scripts and scenarios for Integration, Regression, and UAT.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for specific functional areas throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in SAP FICO functional roles.
• Strong background in accounting with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Deep understanding of FI business processes.
• Experience with PUP, Actual Costing, and month-end closing processes.
• Ability to resolve variance and settlement issues during month-end.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA table structure and Material Ledger.
• Experience configuring accrual entry workflows.
• Any Graduate degree.
