Description

You will lead the design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions within an S/4HANA environment.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions for core financial and controlling processes.
• Advise business leads on process improvements and functional architecture.
• Present solution designs to business stakeholders for approval and alignment.
• Manage a team of functional and technical consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO.
• 4+ full end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Deep knowledge of FI and CO processes, including GL, AP/AR, Costing, P&L, and financial planning & consolidation.
• Expertise in SAP FICO and SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven experience managing technical and functional consultant teams.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
