Description

Lead financial transformation projects for insurance clients, focusing on SAP S/4HANA Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) implementation, solution design, and configuration.

You will own the accounting requirements for insurance contracts, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards like IFRS17.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FPSL implementation projects within the insurance sector.
• Design and configure solutions in SAP FPSL and SAP Insurance Analyzer.
• Manage accounting requirements for insurance contracts in compliance with IFRS17 or local GAAP.
• Apply technical knowledge of FPSL architectural components (DLL, PML, RDL, Analytics layer, CVPM) to drive solution architecture.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to execute transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of combined experience in Finance and IT.
• 3+ years of hands-on implementation experience with SAP FPSL or SAP Insurance Analyzer.
• Deep understanding of FPSL architectural components including DLL, PML, RDL, Analytics layer, and CVPM.
• Proficiency in solution designing and configuration for SAP FPSL/SAP IA.
• Working knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS17 or local GAAP regulations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI, and general SAP Products.
• Background in Solution Architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with core insurance modules such as Life Insurance, Collections & Disbursements, Claims, Incentives & Commissions, or Re-Insurance.
