Description

You will serve as an SAP Service & Asset Manager (SSAM) / Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant specializing in SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Support customer SAP implementations by providing functional expertise in SSAM.
• Configure all standard features of SAP Service and Asset Manager.
• Manage the overall architecture and components of SSAM, including integration with Finance, Logistics, Projects, and Controlling (CO).
• Troubleshoot and resolve business issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute comprehensive functional and cross-functional test scripts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP IT experience.
• Expertise in Sap S/4hana.
• Experience with Sap Work Manager or Asset Manager or Plant Maintenance (pm).
• Ability to apply experience with work management and work scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of SSAM integration points (Finance, Logistics, Projects, CO).
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with field work applications.
