Description

You will act as the functional bridge between business teams and SAP delivery teams, resolving pain points and aligning future-state processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify business pain points, define user requirements, and align future-state processes.
• Oversee configuration for core SAP S/4HANA modules, including Asset Management, Source to Pay, and Project Systems.
• Troubleshoot integration and process issues across functional areas, collaborating with technical teams.
• Communicate business process flows, data mappings, and integration touchpoints during UAT and production readiness.
• Define KPIs and analytics to support continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP, ideally including S/4HANA.
• Deep understanding of at least one key SAP process area.
• Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable process or technology improvements.
• Experience managing large-scale transformations, particularly post-merger integrations.
• Strong grasp of master data governance and reporting principles.
• Experience with data interfaces and integrations with non-SAP systems.
• Demonstrated conflict resolution and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
