Description

You will lead HR transformation initiatives and drive the implementation of SAP S/4HANA HR/HCM processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement SAP S/4 HR/HCM processes including OM, PA, PT, and PY.
• Map and migrate existing processes from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
• Lead the HR system build, configuration, testing, and UAT phases.
• Manage data replication and integration with SuccessFactors.
• Troubleshoot complex SAP integration issues and lead SMEs through platform change initiatives.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in SAP environments.
• 2+ full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA HCM implementations.
• Deep configuration experience across all HCM processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Working knowledge of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and SAP Finance module.
• Experience with SAP ABAP.
• Exposure to Concur.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP HR/Payroll Certification.
