Description

You will act as a Subject Matter Expert for SAP S/4HANA HR and Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex HR integrations.
• Provide solution architecture and client-facing consultation.
• Sync ERP data with ServiceNow workflows.
• Advise clients on enterprise HR transformation programs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of deep, hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM & Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP / Cloud Integration.
• Functional understanding of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Experience syncing ERP data with ServiceNow workflows.
• Ability to operate in a client-facing advisory role.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP HCM, SAP BTP, HRSD.
