Description

Act as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP S/4HANA HR and Payroll, delivering solution architecture and client-facing advisory services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex HR integrations within the SAP ecosystem.
• Provide solution architecture and consult on enterprise HR transformation programs.
• Sync ERP data with ServiceNow workflows to streamline HR service delivery.
• Advise clients on strategic HR technology adoption and optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of deep, hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM & Payroll.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP HCM.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP and Cloud Integration.
• Functional understanding of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Proven experience syncing ERP data with ServiceNow workflows.
• Ability to operate effectively in a client-facing advisory role.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading large-scale enterprise HR transformation initiatives.
