Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of SAP Native HANA solutions integrated with platforms like IBP or SAC.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design for SAP Native HANA solutions.
• Manage onsite stakeholder engagement through requirement gathering, solution walkthroughs, and demos.
• Act as a technical bridge between offshore teams and onsite leadership to ensure scope and timeline alignment.
• Review technical design documents to ensure adherence to SAP and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Mentor and guide junior HANA consultants across different geographies.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in SAP environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in Native HANA and S/4HANA.
• Advanced SQL Script, Calc Views, Graphical Script, Table Functions, and Stored Procedures.
• Deep knowledge of SAP HANA authorization models, including analytical privileges and role design.
• Proven experience designing real-time, scalable reporting solutions for TB-scale datasets.
• Expertise in HANA data modeling, code optimization, and memory utilization.
• Strong ability to identify performance bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with SAP ABAP or integration with ABAP-based systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or other frontend reporting tools.
