About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Logistics Data Migration Analyst (SD) to support a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program within the Pharma & Biotech industry. This is a fully remote freelance opportunity for a senior consultant with strong expertise in SAP Logistics and data migration activities across large-scale S/4HANA implementations.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in SAP Logistics domains, deep understanding of data migration processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute SAP S/4HANA data migration activities for Logistics domains

Collaborate with E2E Process Teams to define and document Master Data standards and governance

Gather and analyze business requirements related to data migration

Support and guide data cleansing and harmonization activities

Define field mapping and value mapping rules

Prepare and execute migration programs and templates

Perform testing, reconciliation, and validation of migrated data

Support deployment and rollout activities across project sites

Advise stakeholders on best practices and migration-related decisions

Ensure all Logistics Master Data elements are fit-for-purpose within SAP S/4HANA

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of SAP consulting experience

Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Logistics modules, especially:

SAP SD

SAP LO/SCM

SAP MDM

Additional exposure to MM, PP, QM, PM, or WM is a plus

Proven experience in S/4HANA Greenfield implementation projects

Participation in at least 3 full-cycle global SAP implementations

Strong expertise in:

Master Data Migration

Transactional Data Migration

Cross-functional integration

Experience with MDM solutions such as SAP MDG or Informatica MDM is an advantage

Advanced Excel and documentation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently in a remote global environment

Fluent English communication skills

Preferred Industry Experience

Pharma & Biotech industry experience is highly preferred
