Description

You will serve as Scrum Master for one or two Agile teams working on SAP functional and technical streams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement sessions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, SAP consultants, system integrators, and business teams.
• Manage risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
• Coordinate with Release Train Engineers, Solution Architects, and the PMO.
• Track and report Agile metrics, including velocity, burndown, and team health.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in relevant delivery roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in large-scale SAP transformation programs within utility, energy, or public sectors.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA Greenfield or Brownfield implementations.
• Experience supporting SAP organizations using Agile/Sprint delivery models.
• Experience within global SAP ERP modernization initiatives involving system integrators.
• Ability to work onsite in Oakland, CA, Tuesday through Thursday.
