Description

Lead end-to-end SAP PP, APO, and S/4HANA implementations across Prepare, Explore, Realize, and Deploy phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis, and system testing for PP, APO, and Demand Planning modules.
• Convert business requirements into detailed functional designs and techno-functional specifications for ABAP teams.
• Configure SAP systems, create test scripts for integration, regression, and UAT, and perform root cause analysis.
• Facilitate workshops for requirement gathering, gap analysis, and cut-over activities.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and provide subject matter advice to junior members.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP PP and APO experience.
• 2+ end-to-end greenfield implementation projects.
• 1+ year of S/4HANA implementation experience.
• 2+ years of experience in IBP.
• 6+ years of hands-on consulting in P2P processes.
• 5+ years conducting workshops for requirement gathering and gap analysis.
• Proficiency in DP (Demand Planning), SNP (Supply Network Planning), PPDS, and GATP.
• Ability to perform workflow analyses and facilitate user discussions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience or understanding of PeopleSoft applications.
• Experience within the manufacturing industry.
