Description

Lead the full S/4HANA implementation lifecycle, managing cross-functional teams of business users, consultants, and IT staff.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage program budget, schedule, scope, risk, and resources.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan aligned with business goals.
• Oversee dependencies between workstreams and mitigate program risks.
• Implement change management strategies to drive user adoption.
• Track progress and report key metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of program management experience, specifically managing SAP projects.
• Direct experience leading at least one S/4HANA transformation as a Program Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA concepts, functionalities, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 15+ years of total working experience.
