Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud implementations for professional services clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing workshops for requirements confirmation, fit-to-standard playback, and functional design validation.
• Oversee cross-functional consultants (Finance, SD/PS, Solution Architecture) to ensure consistent architecture and delivery.
• Manage stakeholder alignment across business, technology, and third-party owners, driving decisions and escalating risks.
• Maintain transparent program reporting (RAID, status, financials) and manage deployment strategy, readiness, and cutover plans.

Required Skills

• 18+ years of experience in consulting and SAP delivery, including leadership in S/4HANA transformational initiatives.
• Program, delivery, and technical program management for large ERP transformations.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation and/or system conversion/landscape transformation experience.
• Strong governance and execution discipline for large ERP go-lives (RAID, stage-gate, reporting, risk escalation).
• Deployment strategy, readiness assessments, cutover planning, and go-live command center/hypercare coordination.
• Professional degree; MBA preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud implementation exposure and experience with SAP Activate.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA line-of-business certifications.
• Implementation experience using Agile/SAP Activate approaches for SAP cloud applications.
