Description

Lead full-lifecycle SAP business transformation programs, managing large-scale ECC and S/4HANA roll-outs from inception to delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct complex, multi-country SAP programs, defining structured delivery frameworks for IT, Business, and Change components.
• Manage program financials, budgets, and value-based propositions to ensure on-time and on-cost delivery.
• Lead multi-vendor, geographically distributed teams and offshore resources in complex client environments.
• Influence C-level stakeholders and lead large-scale proposal developments and program planning.
• Mentor and coaching consulting resources while managing global delivery models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in client-facing consulting or contracting roles.
• Proven track record of delivering full lifecycle SAP programs, specifically ECC and S/4HANA.
• Expertise in S/4HANA program management and large-scale roll-outs.
• Fluency in both English and German (minimum B2 standard).
• Experience managing complex organizational structures and multi-vendor environments.
• Ability to manage global delivery models and offshore teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level engagement.
