You will manage the full lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA enhancement initiatives, balancing scope, schedule, cost, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Define and direct the execution of SAP S/4HANA enhancement initiatives across EWM, MM, and QM modules.
• Own standard project management deliverables, including RAID logs, project plans, and stakeholder communication plans.
• Track progress against baseline schedules and budgets, proactively managing scope changes, risks, and issues.
• Account for Computer System Validation (CSV) activities within a GMP/GxP-regulated environment.
• Manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships to ensure requirements are defined and delivered.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA Project Manager delivering enterprise-scale projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing SAP S/4HANA enhancement or rollout initiatives.
• Solid understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts and methodologies.
• Proficiency with project tools including Smartsheets, Airtable, and Jira.
• Knowledge of Waterfall methodology, with exposure to SAFe.
• Proven ability to manage medium-complexity projects across multiple global time zones.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
