Description

You will lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations from initial scoping through deployment and hypercare.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive all project activities including scope, implementation, post-launch, and closure.
• Manage resources, governance, timelines, profitability, and the full SDLC.
• Identify and mitigate risks by collaborating with internal and client project teams.
• Lead a team of Functional Consultants and manage day-to-day customer experience.
• Prepare and present status updates to Business and IT stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience with 7+ years specifically as an SAP Project or Program Manager.
• Proven experience leading at least two end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.
• Working knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience reviewing BBP documents and developing test, cutover, and post go-live plans.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams and onsite-offshore interactions.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, and MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, coordination, and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience as an SAP Functional or Technical Consultant.
