Description

You will provide expert functional support for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, owning incident resolution and service request management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot functional issues across Professional Services, including project setup, time entry, and billing flows.
• Support and optimize Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, covering GL, AP/AR, asset accounting, and financial closing.
• Provide foundational support for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including purchase requisitions and goods/services receipt.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and propose scalable functional solutions for recurring or complex issues.
• Coordinate and guide the support team to improve functional analysis capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA, with strong exposure to Public Cloud.
• Deep functional understanding of Professional Services (Projects, WBS/Activities, Time Entry, Billing).
• Strong knowledge of R2R processes, financial master data, period-end closing, and cross-functional integrations.
• Good foundational knowledge of P2P processes in S/4 Public Cloud.
• Experience working with SAP BTP (integration, extensions, workflows, APIs).
• Working knowledge of SAP ALM for test, requirement, and change management.
• Ability to perform detailed functional analysis and propose practical solutions to business issues.
• Experience in a support model with incident, change, and problem management.
