Description

Lead QA and testing activities for large SAP S/4HANA programs, managing the testing track from requirement collation through defect management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the SAP testing track, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices across SIT, UAT, and Performance Testing.
• Lead and mentor a team of approximately 25 FTE resources, including onshore and offshore staff.
• Drive testing for Brownfield implementations, with exposure to Greenfield projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test readiness, defect management, and delivery quality.
• Provide overall Quality Assurance leadership for SAP projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA testing and QA leadership.
• Proven track record of leading large SAP program testing.
• Hands-on experience managing SAP QA/Test teams.
• Strong experience in SAP program management and customer interaction.
• Experience in requirement collation and defect management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Brownfield SAP projects.
• Experience with Greenfield SAP implementations.
