Description

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management processes
✅ Configure Service Orders, Contracts & Subscriptions, and Billing & Revenue Integration
✅ Design and implement Solution Quotations for complex service offerings, including:
• Product + Service Bundles
• Subscription-Based Services
• Usage-Based Services
✅ Define pricing, configuration, and dependency logic using SAP Solution Quotation frameworks
✅ Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and gather business requirements
✅ Evaluate alternatives to heavy customizations, validations, and approval workflows
✅ Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities
✅ Prepare Functional Design Specifications and process documentation

✔ Experience with Finance and Revenue Recognition integrations
✔ Strong understanding of SD/Order Management processes
✔ Knowledge of Digital Payments and Invoicing
