Description

You will lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management processes, focusing on Service Orders, Contracts, Subscriptions, and Billing & Revenue Integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Solution Quotations for complex service offerings, including product and service bundles, subscription-based services, and usage-based services.
• Define pricing, configuration, and dependency logic using SAP Solution Quotation frameworks.
• Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and gather business requirements while evaluating alternatives to heavy customizations, validations, and approval workflows.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
• Prepare Functional Design Specifications and process documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep expertise in Service Management processes and Solution Quotations.
• Strong understanding of SD/Order Management processes.
• Experience with Finance and Revenue Recognition integrations.
• Knowledge of Digital Payments and Invoicing.
