Description

Lead the design and implementation of S/4HANA solutions for Finance and Controlling areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirement discussions to design core finance solutions following industry best practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor by demonstrating platform configurations and aligning them with the SAP S/4HANA roadmap.
• Guide clients through project scoping and delivery to ensure successful S/4HANA adoption.
• Provide technical direction for complex S/4HANA issues and collaborate with developers to meet timelines.
• Conduct gap analyses between business requirements and SAP solutions, including data migration and testing plans.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of overall SAP implementation and support experience.
• 10 years of Pre-Sales and Solutioning experience.
• 5+ years of experience in S/4HANA or Simple Finance, including implementation and pre-sales.
• Expert knowledge of accounting concepts, IFRS, and US GAAP.
• Ability to demonstrate S/4HANA functionalities, including Fiori.
• Hands-on system configuration expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience managing both onsite and offshore resources.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Central Finance implementations and expertise in all FICO modules (Product Costing, Material Ledger, CO-PA).
• Knowledge of integration with SD, PP, MM, and PS.
• Experience developing RFP responses, project estimation, and staffing.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Electrical/Computer Engineering.
