Key Responsibilities

• Lead HANA architecture and technical design for S/4HANA transformation and implementation programs.
• Design and develop HANA-native solutions using Calculation Views, SQLScript, Stored Procedures, Table Functions, HDI/XSA, and/or HANA Cloud.
• Work extensively with S/4HANA data structures and CDS Views, including ACDOCA, MATDOC, VBAK/VBAP, and EKKO/EKPO.
• Support Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective S/4HANA migration initiatives and assess impacts on reporting and data models.
• Design HANA data models supporting Finance, Commercial, and Operations domains.
• Perform advanced HANA performance tuning using PlanViz, including memory, joins, aggregations, and query optimization.
• Define architecture standards, review technical designs, and establish HANA development best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5+ HANA developers.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience as a HANA Architect, not just an HANA Developer.
• Experience delivering at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA programs.
• Strong hands-on HANA Native Development experience.
• Deep understanding of S/4HANA data models and differences from ECC.
• Strong experience in HANA modeling, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with S/4HANA transformation or migration programs.
• Proven technical leadership and team management experience
