Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and functional requirements, Business Process Design Documents (BPDDs), and SAP project deliverables to develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.

Create detailed end-to-end test scripts covering SAP business processes, integrations, and cross-functional workflows.

Define test data requirements, expected outcomes, validation criteria, and testing dependencies.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Solution Architects, SMEs, and Business Process Owners to validate testing scope and coverage.

Manage test cases and testing activities using tools such as Jira, Panaya, SAP ALM, or similar test management platforms.

Support execution of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance testing, and mock go-live activities.

Participate in defect management, root cause analysis, retesting, and issue resolution processes.

Maintain full traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and testing results.

Contribute to test reporting, readiness assessments, risk identification, and quality metrics.

Support post-go-live regression testing and Hypercare activities.

Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve test creation, coverage, and execution efficiency.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Test Analyst, Test Engineer, or Quality Assurance professional supporting SAP implementations.

2+ years of experience working on SAP S/4HANA projects, preferably in greenfield implementations.

Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and SAP testing lifecycle phases.

Proven experience designing and executing end-to-end testing across SAP business processes such as:

Order-to-Cash (OTC)

Procure-to-Pay (PTP)

Record-to-Report (RTR)

Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools, including Jira, Panaya, SAP ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Strong knowledge of integration testing involving APIs, EDI, middleware, and web-based integrations.

Experience supporting SIT and UAT testing cycles in enterprise environments.

Excellent analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Shopify Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) integrations or other e-commerce platforms.

Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies.

Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls and compliance testing.

Experience supporting cutover planning, deployment, and Hypercare activities.
