Description

Manage large-scale SAP S/4HANA testing implementations with a focus on automation and quality governance.

You will own the end-to-end testing strategy, driving automation to reduce time-to-market and uplift testing maturity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing strategy for SAP S/4HANA, covering unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
• Drive automation efforts to reduce time-to-market and long-term costs.
• Establish governance models and reporting frameworks to uplift testing maturity.
• Manage defect triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking across testing cycles.
• Oversee unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in testing, specifically with SAP S/4HANA (Greenfield, Brownfield, Hybrid).
• Expertise in SAP testing tools including Tricentis Tosca, SAP Solution Manager, and Test Suite CBTA.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD, PP, WM, and EWM.
• Proficiency in TestDevOps practices, including CI/CD and Continuous Testing.
• Experience using Jira and managing defect lifecycles.
• Demonstrable experience with automation frameworks and custom code remediation validation.
• Familiarity with SAP GUI, Web-based, Fiori clients, and CDS Views.
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders across functional, technical, and business units.
• Understanding of SAP O2C, P2P, R2R, and Group Reporting processes.
