Description

Design, build, and deploy SAP Sales and Service Cloud (C4C) solutions for lead-to-opportunity and customer service processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end design and deployment of SAP C4C solutions.
• Perform fit-gap analysis on business requirements for sales and service areas.
• Configure C4C processes, offline configurations, code list mappings, and UI concepts.
• Implement in-app and side-by-side extensions using the BTP Extension framework.
• Integrate C4C with ECC or S/4HANA systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience configuring SAP C4C Sales and Service process solutions.
• Hands-on experience with C4C process configurations and Key User Tool.
• Experience with lead-to-cash business use case implementations.
• Proficiency in UI concepts including screen configuration, layouts, and business roles.
• Experience with BTP Extension framework for C4C extensions.
• Knowledge of cloud integration between C4C and ECC/S4HANA.
• Proven track record in at least one full lifecycle C4C implementation.
• Proficiency in SAP C4C and S/4HANA/ECC.

Preferred Skills

• SAP C4C Certification.
• Experience configuring C4C web services and integration.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or SAP CX.
