Description

Own L2 and L3 support for SAP Sales and Procurement processes, ensuring operational stability and seamless S/4HANA integration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational support for Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management following ITIL frameworks.
• Manage S/4HANA Sales implementations and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Support SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC), FIORI, and S/4HANA Embedded Analytics.
• Oversee integrations between S/4HANA and EMS using SAP Cloud Platform (CPI) or other middleware.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in SAP functional support or implementation.
• Hands-on experience with at least one S/4HANA implementation as a Sales consultant.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales, Sourcing, Procurement, and Variant Configuration (LO-VC).
• Proficiency with FIORI and S/4HANA Embedded Analytics.
• Knowledge of SAP Entitlement Management System (EMS) and integration via SAP CPI.
• Knowledge of SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), Global Trade System (GTS), and Ariba.
• Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA certification.
• Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or other web-based technologies.
