Description

Lead a technical SAP team to design, implement, and support Sales, Sourcing, and Procurement solutions. Manage team workloads, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources to maintain delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and hire technical SAP staff to develop and support products and services.
• Collaborate with business units to implement SAP Sales, Sourcing, and Procurement solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement using best-practice approaches and DevOps methodologies.
• Mentor team members through regular coaching, feedback, and professional growth initiatives.
• Perform accurate development task estimation and implement software quality assurance methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Sales roles within an SAP Fiori-based landscape.
• Deep technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales, Sourcing, and Procurement.
• Expertise in SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC).
• Hands-on experience with Fiori and S/4HANA Analytics.
• Experience with SAP Entitlement Management System (EMS) and integration via SAP Cloud Platform (CPI) or other middleware.
• Knowledge of SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), SAP Global Trade system (GTS), and Ariba.
• Proficiency in DevOps (CI/CD), Waterfall, and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or PRINCE2).
• Strong leadership skills in resource allocation, KPI monitoring, and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA certifications.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, ServiceNow, and web-based technologies.
• Experience within the semiconductor or engineering industries.
